The Vice Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events announces the selection and ranking list of administrative and technical staff members for short-term mobility following the review of appeals, in accordance with the evaluation scale attached to Decision No. 345 dated 09/03/2026.

All files ranked from 1 to 45 are provisionally accepted according to the selection criteria set out in the evaluation scale attached to Decision No. 345 dated 09 March 2026. The final number of beneficiaries admitted for the internship will be determined and announced according to the allocated financial resources.

The Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces to all Lecturers “Class A” the opening of the fifty-fourth (54th) session of the National University Commission.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 03 May 2008, containing the Basic Statute of the Teacher-Researcher, as amended and supplemented, Lecturers “Class A” who can prove five (05) years of effective service in this rank may submit their applications.

All applicants are hereby informed that the scientific admissibility of application files is subject to the minimum criteria according to the candidate’s field of specialization, after fulfilling one of the specified options. As for pedagogical and scientific works, they shall be evaluated according to the evaluation grid established by the National University Commission, which can be consulted on the Ministry’s official website:

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 45 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 03 May 2008, containing the Basic Statute of the Teacher-Researcher, as amended and supplemented, and Article 57 of Executive Decree No. 08-131 of 03 May 2008, containing the Special Basic Statute of the Permanent Researcher, as amended and supplemented, Lecturers “Class B” and Research Professors “Class B” who fulfill the legal eligibility conditions stipulated in Executive Decree No. 21-50 of 28 January 2021, defining the conditions and procedures for obtaining University Accreditation, as well as the provisions of Decision No. 804 dated 14 July 2021, as amended and supplemented, defining the modalities for implementing the provisions related to University Accreditation, may submit their application files exclusively through the digital platform “PROGRES” using their professional electronic accounts via the following link:
